Eriq Augustine is a third year PhD student working with Prof. Lise Getoor in the LINQS research group at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

He received his BS/MS in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2012. He spent some years in industry working at Netflix, Google, and a data management startup. His research is in the systems aspects of Machine Learning, focusing on the computational performance of Statistical Relational Learning techniques. He is the lead developer on PSL.
