Sometimes people ask me what is the next thing after AI. I am not good at predicting the future. I agree with François Chollet that the answer to that question will come by reading more books than blogs https://lnkd.in/ejbtu7H I don’t know if quantum computers will ever come, but I can reassure you that you will become wiser and happier by reading Scott Aaronson’s book “Quantum Computing since Democritus” http://a.co/d/1nYdMLP. I quite enjoyed reading it as well as his blog https://lnkd.in/eJY3xeF. Scott is one of the most fascinating scientists of our time. I know that most of you reading this are also book lovers, so don’t neglect to read the list of his favorite books https://lnkd.in/eXatwMh too. Now I am about to read more about the origins of quantum computing from another fascinating scientist “Feynman Lectures on Computation” http://a.co/d/eTELdO9. So even if quantum computers will never come, I am pretty sure quantum logic will help us understand AI better. Here is a great book that tries to make the connection “Quantum Models of Cognition and Decision” http://a.co/d/8QvoTHJ
